Baraboa Mas huni ( Pumpkin) : A Recipe from Six Senses Laamu, Maldives
25 gms Curry leaves
2 gms Chili
100 gms Onion
Lemon juice to taste
1 kg. Pumpkin
100 gms Coconut fresh
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
• Boil the pumpkin until it gets soft.
• Mix and squeeze curry leaves, chili, onion, lemon juice, salt and pepper together
• Mash the pumpkin and mix with all the ingredients.
