Here is a really yummy, spicy way to cook bok choy the Trinidadian way!

 


 
 

Maggi’s Spicy Bok Choy – The Trinidadian way!

Serves 4

Ingredients:

4-5 cloves garlic, chopped

1 onion, chopped

2-3 green chili peppers (to taste/ optional)

2 bunches of baby bok choy, chopped.
 
Method:

• Heat 2 tbs oil in a wok.

• Add onion, garlic and peppers.

• Stir fry for 2-3 minutes.

• Add chopped bok choy.

• Add salt.

• Cover and cook for about 7-8 minutes until the bok choy wilts.

• Serve hot with rice or rotis.
