Mixed Wild Mushrooms

Exotic does not get easier than this! Whenever I find a nice mix of different kinds of mushrooms I just saute them up in a little bit of olive oil and butter. You can really use any combination of mushrooms you like. I used a mixture of king oyster and shitake mushrooms.

    • Hi
Ive never tried to cook Ganoderma – i really use more of the common varieties available at the asian stores. I have cooked maitake this way and it was pretty good.
      good luck

    • Thanks Tom. I do sometimes do a mushroom with butter, onions, garlic and cilantro or parsley. It is really yummy eaten on toasted bread. It makes a nice appetizer too.
      Thanks for your comment!
