Mixed Wild Mushrooms

Posted by: Malini on: July 5, 2009

Exotic does not get easier than this! Whenever I find a nice mix of different kinds of mushrooms I just saute them up in a little bit of olive oil and butter. You can really use any combination of mushrooms you like. I used a mixture of king oyster and shitake mushrooms.

There’s nothing better than onions, garlic and sauteed mushrooms. Yours looks good.

Thanks Tom. I do sometimes do a mushroom with butter, onions, garlic and cilantro or parsley. It is really yummy eaten on toasted bread. It makes a nice appetizer too.
